Health



Health is a main thing which plays an important role in one's life. We eat two types of food everyday:-

Physical Food and Mental Food.

"First is Physical Food, in terms of Roti, Rice and whatever you eat everyday...
and second one is Mental Food...in the terms of Thoughts...
If these two foods are not healthy...your body will not support you..."

 Health is not only the Physical Strength, It also includes Mental Strength... Now a days stress kills the Mind. First thing is to be remember that your mind should be stress free. If you have Stress then you can't think about healthy life. In this world, no one is healthy because everybody is living stressful life. If you only physically fit then you cant say that you are healthy... 

We need to remember one thing that we should not get any solution if we are in stress.
